Liked: Location was easy to get in and out of. Staff was fine. Office area was clean. ( much cleaner than our room)
Disliked: Our room was dirty. Bathroom was not scrubbed down and the baseboards, walls, door were not wiped down plus the floor had not been washed. Our feet were black on the bottom...yes we wore flip flops for sure the whole time.

Liked: I asked to cancel my room with the hotel and was told I could not I could only check in.. I was cancel for free at any time and was still charged The rate as if I stayed in the smoke smelling Hotel
Disliked: Cancel the reservation for free instead of charging me after I left and was told I could not cancel with the hotel

Will never stay at this...

Liked: Very disappointed with the lack of effort put into the cleaning of our rooms. When I called the front desk I was told they don’t have cleaning personnel after 8 pm. My family and I had a long drive and were extremely tired but were met with dirt floors, hair and dirt on the beds.
Disliked: If you’re a family of all women or traveling with small children do not stay here. There were multiple men that looked like they lived there while working out of town. My daughters and I were constantly being watched while unloading our things. There was also a strange woman who met us outside right after we checked in trying to give us her room key saying she only used it for an hour and was going to leave. We declined her offer and wondered if that was a setup to break into the room after hours. The whole experience was horrible.
