Nice location, friendly staff, some...

Liked: Very nice personal, tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Damaged window, very cold by it the night.

Disliked: Room had mold.Loud noises from AC even with closed windows in the rooms towards the inner courtyard 24/7. Very annoying!Very small room.

Good

Liked: Comfortable bed, good shower and friendly staff.Location is close to royal mile.
Disliked: Window didn't close properly and got very damp around the window frame and was mouldy.Shower had to be tilted inwards due to it not being enclosed and water got everywhere.Street noise was constant.No lift.Overpriced.
