Disliked: Cold bathroom.

Liked: Good location and friendly staff.
Disliked: The view. And the cleaning was a lit late in the aternoon.

Definitely one to return to.

Liked: From check in to check out…..faultless…..super friendly,helpful,polite staff. Location absolutely perfect. The adjoining Black Tap was excellent…..good menu & drinks just next door…..after a long day exploring it was perfect.Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10

An excellent boutique hotel in...

Liked: Very spacious and comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. The Black Tap craft beer & burger restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. Roof top terrace gives spectacular views of the Empire State Building. Great location. The staff were excellent. Professional, friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: My room was on 3rd floor overlooking 35th Street therefore noise was an issue (but this is NYC!)as windows were not sound proof. Could also have done with better blinds. Too much light from buildings opposite.

Liked: Great location, very clean room.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than we anticipated from the description and price. The warm air heating system was very strong and noisy and we were unable to turn the fan off at night, which kept waking us up. We spoke to the desk about this but was just told to do what we were already trying. Basically the whole heating would not turn off! Also be warned to book if you want to eat at the adjoining restaurant. We tried to book and was told we did not need to but when we came back they had no tables.
