Disliked: Shower skirting could do with some maintance.Look at putting aircon units in the room. One small fan was not enough on a very hot and humid night.

Liked: Cheap and Cheerful place to overnight, right in the middle of the city. Great value for money. Clean room /bathroom and comfy beds.
Disliked: It was summer and it was very hot but given amount we paid couldn't really expect air conditioning but fan struggled to make a difference. Would have been nice to have "proper milk" or UHT in fridge for my morning cuppa

Liked: 1. Location: The property is located in the CBD. Gives you access to Queen Street and K road. 2. Relatively quite3. Good Internet 4. They supply you with fresh towels everyday. Toiletries are also provided. Tea coffee amenities are stocked.

Good budget option

Liked: Lovely friendly check in and room was ready earlier than would be normal which was a big bonus after long haul flight. Proximity to some bars and main shopping area etc is good.
Disliked: The rooms are reasonable for the price. There was a fan but no Aircon. So seasonally it's something to be aware of. The location is near the top of an incline if you're walking from the main shopping street or the harbour area.
