A nice stay in Oakland

Liked: Location was in downtown Oakland. It was within walking distance of a few restaurants. Restaurant onsite provided a decent breakfast. Valet parking was $52 overnight. Staff was friendly and the outside terrace provided nice variety to the room. I'd stay again.

Liked: had the pleasure of being assisted by Vanessa during my stay at Kissel Hotel and she made my experience exceptional. I had to move in and out a few times, and she was incredibly flexible, going above and beyond to arrange everything for mr and accommodate my needs, and I really appreciated her efforts.Vanessa was not only professional but also personable and funny, making me feel welcome and valued. It’s clear she truly knows how to treat customers. Thanks to her, my stay was so much smoother and enjoyable. I’ll definitely stay here again should I come to Oakland , and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her outstanding service.

Beautiful Hotel!

Liked: I was happy with location on the main street, valet, and restaurant downstairs. I felt safe walking alone at night on the main street. Room was beautiful.
Disliked: The location in Oakland in general is tough: don't park on the street (my friend's car was stolen), drive and walk on main streets for safety.
