Liked: The reception desk is not staffed 24 hours. There is a telephone number for overnight queries. I had an issue concerning an early morning checkout. The phone was promptly answered and my issue was resolved in a matter of moments.Excellent customer service.

Liked: I was really impressed by how affordable it was compared to other places nearby with similar amenities. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made a big difference to my stay.

Liked: The location is fantastic – just a 3-minute walk to Kings Cross Station and only 10 minutes to Hyde Park. It's so convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Liked: I really appreciated how close the Kirketon Hotel is to St Vincent's Hospital – it made things super convenient. The area is great too, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, which was perfect for grabbing a bite or relaxing after a busy day. I felt safe and comfortable, and the overall value for the price was excellent.
