Good location, paper-thin walls

Liked: Location was great, bed was comfortable and parking was not too far from the property.
Disliked: The walls are paper-thin, which may not have been a problem normally but the people next to us decided the having a loud chat past midnight was a great idea. Not the fault of the hotel, but the lack of sound insulation meant we didn’t get much sleep. The shower head is fixed into the roof too, which is cool but you can’t really adjust the shower head and water was going out of the shower over the bathroom floor. Also, while not immediately the hotel’s fault, the parking garage associated with the hotel has lifts that don’t work and apparently only work intermittently from what other people who used it said. Unfortunately, all those things mean I left with a negative impression of the facilities despite the good things about the hotel.

Very enjoyable stay but would...

Liked: The location was good as it was close to my son's wedding venue. The Hotel reception and corridors to the rooms were very impressive with lots of mirrors.The room had a mini bar which was appreciated but not necessary as we didn't need anything from it.The receptionist (Tessa) was incredibaly helpful and very helpful with some printing that i needed to do. THANK YOU TESSA. There was a lovely "Jamies Kitchen" next door for breakfast.
Disliked: The room was very small. It had a lovely sized walk in closet and bathroom but had no view from the window ( just a brick wall). There was no lift available to our floor level which is understandable being an older Hotel.

Not good.

Liked: The location
Disliked: Its not a 4 star hotel. To expensive for what it offers. Paid an extra 30 AD because of late checkin. The room is not that clean. Towels and sometimes tea and coffee not replaced. Some power sockets did not work. No switch for main light next to bed. No power sockets next to bed. Fridge being switched off on purpose.

The location and price are...

Liked: It is in a fantastic location. Staff were lovely and had no issue storing my bags for a couple of hours after I had checked out.
Disliked: The bathroom was not very clean. Could see grime and residue on in the shower. There is no lift.

Highly recommended for Premium Room.

Liked: Great Location, free WiFi and Parking.
Disliked: Check in time can be earlier than 2pm.
