Liked: The Staff was always there and very helpful and friendly :)The room was very clean and everything like on the pictures.
Disliked: The view to the inner court was not nice, but at least it was possible to smoke on the very narrow balcony. The TV is very small and the controller didn't have charged batteries.

Disliked: the hotel was advertised with secure parking which is why we booked but when we arived we were told the garage could not be used. we canciled & requested a refund but the hotel wouldnt confirm if that was possible. we did eventually get a refund but no correspondence from the hotel

We had a great time and got value for our money.

Liked: Staff were greeting us, friendly and helpful with our questions.
Disliked: It was a bit loud between the rooms; could hear and feel doors being slammed at any time of the day, especially during the night.
