Pretty cool hotel. Beware the drinks and food stashed in your room ($$$$), it looks very delicious at 3am after a show. Bathroom was great. The added sewing kit was particularly useful for me. The doorman was a little rude to me when a porter was helping me make a phone call (I'm deaf). That was my only complaint.

Liked: Literally around the corner from House of Blues. Could safely walk to and from concert venue in the cold weather.
Disliked: Who are all of the guys standing around in suits? Porters? It was kind of weird. It had a mob feel in a way.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The city view was nice. Room was clean. Good location.
Disliked: Inaccurate advertising from pictures. We upgraded to a room with a view and the pic on the website showed overlooking the river. The room for breakfast and cocktail hour downs have any windows. Dark with a lack of ambience. They brought the wrong car when we valeted. We almost missed our event because of the mix up.

Disliked: The happy hour was disappointing. The hotel website indicated free local craft beer, but the only options were miller lite or modelo. And the snacks were tiny and both the drinks and the snacks were rationed out by a very unfriendly hotel employee.

Liked: Nice rooms, clean, variety of breakfast items, beautiful views, happy hour!
Disliked: My heater was not working and the gentlemen said they don’t have anyone to fix it (6pm) offered more blankets. And when I called back (10pm) another gentleman was nice and moved me rooms.
