Pretty cool hotel. Beware the drinks and food stashed in your room ($$$$), it looks very delicious at 3am after a show. Bathroom was great. The added sewing kit was particularly useful for me. The doorman was a little rude to me when a porter was helping me make a phone call (I'm deaf). That was my only complaint.

Liked: Literally around the corner from House of Blues. Could safely walk to and from concert venue in the cold weather.
Disliked: Who are all of the guys standing around in suits? Porters? It was kind of weird. It had a mob feel in a way.

It was the right place...

Liked: The location was important. The staff was efficient. The parking was great.
Disliked: Cashless doesn't make sense to me. I deal in cash for most services and do not want anyone knowing how I spend my money. Social media is a bore and interferes with my life. It's not important to me but we put up with it. The room was a little cold for my wife, and we could not seem to get it warmer. Neither of these situations are deal breakers.The room was very nice. We will stay there again.

Liked: I loved how clean it was. The location of this property is perfect for what plans we had in the city.
Disliked: I messaged them through the app in regard to my stay and some questions I had but I don’t get a prompt response.

Liked: The location is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, the lake, river, museums, etc. It was impeccably clean.
Disliked: The breakfast choice where lacking

Comfortable stay at Chicago for...

Liked: The hotel is located just outside the Chicago loop, close to most of the attractions by walking, close to a Metro (CTA) station and the Start line of the Chicago Marathon (max 15min). The room and WC were very spacious, clean with very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Breakfast needs improvement as well as the breakfast space area which is small. Since the room was booked to participate in Chicago Marathon, the breakfast area was filled with people and you needed to wait for someone to finish in order to have a chair/table.
