Great wee couple days in...

Liked: Room was lovely and spacious ! Breakfast was delicious and the receptionist was very lovely, helpful and friendly. Location was ideal

Liked: Rooms comfortable and modern Staff super helpful
Disliked: The hotel was a bit strange no lounge, no seating area, there was a bar area but not active and alive The Spa over rated rather smelly ( drains i think) The sauna wasn't switched on and the next day the temperature was low rather disappointing

Liked: Room was lovely, quality breakfast and great central location
Disliked: On arrival no one at reception as only member of staff on shift was dealing with another check in, booked Spa via email, however, this was not actioned on booking system even though this was confirmed on email, therefore, unable to use this facility, other times offered after this error were unsuitable, this was disappointing as we had arranged our night to suit the booked slot
