Disliked: The 2 single beds were not zipped together therefor we slid down the middle of the bed, also the topper was very lumpy

Comfortable stay.

Liked: Friendly person on reception who stored our bags before checking in. Breakfast freshly made to order. Short walk to the beautiful beach.
Disliked: Rooms were rather over-heated.

Liked: Staffs are helpful and kind. Some rooms have a bathing tub. Rooms are spacious.
Disliked: Noise from seagulls and traffics (I know they are unavoidable! :(

Disliked: Bed not comfortable. Light in wardrobe stayed on despite door being shut. Mould in shower which had low water pressure. TV didn’t work properly. Poor customer service

Lovely boutique hotel

Liked: Lovely spacious junior suite. Great for my husband, daughter and myself. My daughter slept in a sofa bed in the lounge part of the room. Could hear noise from the road and seagulls, but we are used to complete silence!Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and the staff were helpful and friendly.We would have appreciated a lounge area to sit and have a drink, but there are lots of bars and cafes nearby.Great location for the University open day

Five star staff!

Liked: This hotel is in a great location near beach, golf, shops, trransport and cafes etc The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The hall space outside the rooms provides a relaxing spot to sit too. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The real stars are the staff - welcoming friendly, helpful interested without being intrusive. A great team.
