Liked: The rooms are SPACIOUS and updated. It feels very private
Disliked: I wasn’t sure if there was a place to get water. I needed a bottle of water and everything is fairly contactless so that would have been helpful. This property tends to run high for MKE, with good reason.

An attractive hotel but we...

Liked: New, clean, aesthetically pleasing, safe location.
Disliked: Check-in to such an attractive hotel should have been transparent and user-friendly. Instead, it was quite an unexpected hassle. We were not provided with any pre-arrival text or email, and upon arrival, any posted instructions on where and how to check in using the QR codes (all is contactless, totally geared to QR codes). We finally found a clerk in a back room who helped with check in. We are totally for digitalization in the modern world, but in this case, the QR codes were more cute and trendy than readily functional to someone new to the hotel.

Liked: The communication between the hotel and myself was excellent. I enjoyed the unique amenities this particular hotel provided.

Quality in the heart of...

Liked: Lovely refurbished vintage building in Downtown Milwaukee. Spacious rooms with incredible, high ceilings.
Disliked: Overall a positive experience, could take things to the next level with more information about amenities and access for those who are staying for shorter periods.
