Unhappy with the Kinley

Liked: The ease of check in and out were great, the valet was great. And the location was great, But.
Disliked: The room was to small, I did not like the sink being outside the bathroom and there was no where to sit. Plus for me at least the bed was to low to the floor and not a very good matteress at all, uncomfortable.

Would definitely stay here again

Disliked: Trouble parking until I found the valet

Perfect Location, Friendly Staff

Liked: All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We chose the Kinkey Chattanooga because of the location, which was perfect for walking to many restaurants and breweries and it didn't disappoint. The one downside was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I'd wake up throughout the night trying to get comfortable and I'd wake up in the morn with a sore back. Besides the bed everything was perfect and we'd stay again. .

Absolutely wonderful weekend

Liked: The staff all were wonderful. From the valet, the checkin checkout they all were very nice and accommodating.
