Liked: Staff lovely, bunk comfortable. Because I have mobility issues, the staff kindly allowed me to book a bottom bunk. I will be telling others to book Kinlay when in Galway.

Liked: Everything was great, especially the cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hostel. The location was unbeatable—just a 1-minute walk from the centre (Eyre Square). The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and the free luggage storage after check-out was a nice bonus. The included breakfast was very good, the shared toilets were very neat, the beds were comfortable, and the sitting room was cozy and inviting.That said, I believe the prices should be lower given that it’s a hostel where toilets and bedrooms are shared with multiple people. A more affordable rate could attract even more guests and boost their business.
