Disliked: I'd probably make the point that some attention to detail and decorative imperfections might need attention.Being in one of the sea view with balcony some corners of the wallpaper were peeling back The toilet ceiling had considerable paint flaking, minor issues but not what you'd expect.Overall , just needing some fine tuning to bring it up to a good standard.

Liked: The staff made us feel very welcome from the second we arrived. It felt like home from home. Situated between Burntisland and Kinghorn, the perfect location for us. The food was amazing and very reasonable prices, the alcohol too haha. From check in to check out our stay was amazing. I personally will go back.

Liked: Staff friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Disliked: I only have one real issue. Compared with the standards set I am not sure the breakfast reached that. I understand why you wouldnt want to do a buffet style breakfast, on costs alone. But there are too many variations if you want to leave it to the waiting staff. So you end up with being underwhelmed. How do you like your toast? How do you like your eggs done? Bacon? etc etc If you dont ask the questions you have very little chance of being correct.
