Great location, not great room...

Liked: Lovely staff, heating definitely works! Complimentary drink on arrival, great location and good cleaning.
Disliked: Room offered first was tiny with dirty walls and chipped paint so asked to move. Offered another room with tiny ‘camping’ like bathroom. Final room we just took as fed up of going up and down the narrow stairs, was downstairs with the window next to the cleaning room which they started banging around in at 6am! Bathroom was awful with postcard size shower curtain so when showering it went all over the bathroom so had to put toilet roll in room so we had some dry! Breakfast was basic, no menu so just had to see what other people were having. Only had breakfast twice during our stay as was so bad

Liked: Location is top. Breakfast also good and fast delivered. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
Disliked: I was unlucky to get the smallest room in the last floor. Not so comfortable if you’re 1.8m or higher. Also with a big backpack it can be exhausting through the small stairs.
