Our room was lovely, and warm too. Quite a lot of steps up to the entrance which I found difficult. Breakfast was lovely, and well served.

Liked: Lovely big room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Badly stored wine.

Liked: From the moment we arrived we felt extremely welcome The hotel has high standards throughout and everyone looks happy to work thereThe bedroom was immaculate and the little touches such a pillow spray really set the sceneWe ate dinner and breakfast and both meals were lovely and served in good timeThe bar was open till late which was nice after we had come back from our show and the loveliest barmaid even introduced me to a new drink which I can see become my favourite Overall a wonderful stay which I would highly recommend to my family, friends and across my social media platforms

Excellent stay

Liked: Staff here are extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms where cosy, warm and comfortable. Location directly opposite Hull New Theatre was excellent for attending the theatre. Breakfast was really good as was the evening meal too.
