Disliked: Refrigerator did not work. Phone did not work. Place is noisy as can be. People stomping around.

Liked: The location was ideal.
Disliked: Not really appropriate for the business traveler. Also, there was a great deal of noise from the upstairs unit...made it difficult to sleep.

Liked: Nice facilities, pools, game rooms, minature golf, tennis. Many extra amenities. Kitchen, good bedding, nice facilities.

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly, good hot breakfast, beds were comfortable, lobby clean,
Disliked: Breakfast staff was less than helpful. Possible language barrier could be the reason. Room had dirty washcloth and used soap bar in shower.

Liked: Good location, short drive to Colonial Wmsburg Beautiful grounds and outside buildings are well maintained Easy access and exit available after check-in.
Disliked: The rooms are adequate. Nice living area and kitchen stocked with enough appliances, kettles, dishes for making breakfasts Has nice sized refrigerator. Dishwasher but bring your own soap. Carpet worn a bit. Small bathrooms. Could use updates.
