Basic hotel in central city...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and the location is ideal for proximity to central city and downtown restaurants.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited selection and the coffee is an extra charge despite the $30 cost for the buffet breakfast. The hotel rooms are quite old and tired. Amenities are very basic.

Liked: Location is fantastic
Disliked: They now charge $15 a night for car parking. And the restaurant is no longer open for evening dining.

Excellent value in Downtown Dunedin

Liked: A very clean but well worn hotel right in the center of the city. Excellent staff. Good value as our booking included a hearty breakfast with hot and cold options. Our booked room had an issue with a non functioning sliding door and we were immediately upgraded to a very spacious Suite. Excellent service.
Disliked: There was no compendium in the room. You scanned a QR code to access all the usual information. The code could be displayed more prominently around the hotel. It was a very small illustration on the back of the room key card holder.
