Liked: Hotel tastefully refurbished. Friendly helpful staff. Other family member booked direct with the hotel and paid half the price I paid - I am therefore unlikely to use Booking.com in the future
Disliked: There was only a high, small window in the bedroom, however the room only overlooked the car park.Shower cubicle needed some attention

Disliked: Staff calling me lovely all the time. No compassion shown when I asked if I could get into the room early as my partner is disabled. The answer was yes if you pay an extra £10 hr. I find this unbelievable after paying nearly £200 each night without breakfast. Also having to paying an extra £20 per night for a twin room.
