Disliked: The breakfast (full English) on Saturday was cold. The same breakfast on Sunday was just warm. The music in the bar area was much to loud.

Generally good, not as good...

Liked: Location was great for what we needed.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t very clean and lots of bits on the carpet so hadn’t been hoovered and no coffee in the room. Breakfast wasn’t very hot either.

Disappointed and nowhere near worth...

Liked: The bed is comfortable and clean bedding.Tea,.coffee and biscuits.
Disliked: Dirty room, dusty, dirt and scuffs and marks on every wall.The shower was filled with mould and the bathroom.was tiny and not clean.For the price you pay it is not worth the money at all and their cleaning needs vastly improving. The receptionist was sat on a chair and ignored us when checking in so waited quite a while to even be acknowledged. The bedroom was nothing like the website photos. odd shaped room and when the door was open,you couldn't get into one side of the bed. The room was extremely small. The lights were weird, one light switch ending up turning every light on so the electrics also need looking at. The bedroom has a window so high up, so no view either of anything? Save your money and look elsewhere as there's better in the area and I wished I'd known.

Nice hotel, rooms disappointing

Liked: Nice staff.
Disliked: Room was very poor. Not very clean, tv didn’t work bathroom needed a good deep clean we asked them to attend to room and unfortunately they didn’t

Liked: The room was big the furniture was OK very large shower. room was very warm lovely clean towels.
Disliked: The room had quite a lot of cobwebs on the coving and up on the wallpaper. Some areas of the hotel do need a little TLC.
