Liked: 3rd time we've stayed for convenience for early morning overseas flights ...always greeted with a smile always clean and comfortable ☺️

Amazing location and close to...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent as close to mall and other shops. Includes public buses also.
Disliked: Staff coming in the room and we were not aware or told about this. Came when we were out. Just would like communication when arriving about this. As I know staff have a job to do. Couldn't sort apps because issues when signing in.

Liked: This hotel is not safe. The owners “pretended “ to up grade me, but they had over booked. I had to move every night for 2 nights after this I asked for a refund for my 3rd night, but they wouldn’t. I would not recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The second room I stayed in had tampered locks and was given a key that did not lock my door on the inside, there was a bolt lock that did not bolt closed. I slept all night with a chair against the door.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: No stovetop as described in your facilities, still looking for the air conditioning. Only one fork and one teaspoon but wasn’t any help because there was no stovetop. The fridge was very small. Very disappointing really.
