Very bad check-in experience!

Liked: Good location, nearby airport.Reasonable price.The room is big, enough space for 2 person.Fridge and mircowave inside the room.Late check-out until 12pm.Free parking.
Disliked: 1. Terrible check-in experience. We arrived at the hotel around 10.30pm, total exhausted after many hours driving and just hope to get our room key as soon as possible so that we could rest on the bed. The repecitionist is a 13 or 14 years old Indian girl. She was so concentrated on her smartphone chatting with somebody. We stood there waiting until she finally put down her phone and looked at us. After we told her we need to check-in, she took a short look at the computer but continued chatting with somebody and let us waiting. She chatted and smile all the time while we stood and waited in front of the counter. After very long time, finally she come back to us and handle our room key, and she forgot to give us the form that we should filled in. All the time, she was focus on her smartphone and chatted ( + smile ) with somebody. The whole situation is weird and total disappointed! 2. The room is old, very basic and looked very different from the pictures showed on booking.com.3. There was no coffee maker even mentioned when I booked, my hubby had to go to the receiption and asked for one. Lucky it was a man on duty this time and he sent one to us later.4. Very limited towers inside the bathroom and no tissue inside the room.5. The bathroom was not clean, empty hair shampoo bottle from previous guest still standed inside the bathroom.6. The hotel is runed by an Indian family, they had a serious fight in the early morning just in front of our room. Very noisy!

Pleasant

Liked: Even though it was really old but it was clean and in good conditions.
Disliked: Walls were really thin so I couldn’t properly sleep hearing a load TV during every night from the midnight till morning. The personal wasn’t interested to solve a problem or notify the other room despite 2 approaches form my side.Bathroom is impossible old and isn’t comfortable at all

Thoughtful staff, and a safe...

Liked: The parking is inside a lighted, enclosed area. The staff went out of their way to help me recover a favorite jacket I left in the room, and the sleeping area was quieter and larger than I expected. They have an Arco nearby, which is helpful when returning an LAX rental car.
Disliked: Carpets instead of laminated flooring.

Disliked: - was served by a child when checking in. She was great and processed the booking efficiently however we just felt it was strange and then on checking out to leave key the staff gave off vibes that they were a bit fed up
