Was lovely

Liked: Staff, shower was lovely, room perfect for a nights stay
Disliked: Pub shutting at 10, not enough plug points

Enjoyable stay, room for improvement.

Liked: Comfy beds, everything you need in room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Dated furniture, spa changing rooms need attention in cleanliness and repair. Overpriced buffet breakfast.

Liked: Comfy spacious room and good facilities! What is outstanding is the friendliness of the staff. From Imogen serving us in the bar/pub, the ladies on receptions, the breakfast staff to the lovely chamber maids, it was actually lovely to be greeted with smiles throughout our stay. We will come back!
