Disliked: There were blood stains on the couch pillows, shower curtain and window curtain. The sofa bed looked like someone had slept in it and they didn’t change the sheets. There was black mold in our shower. There was also a dead bug in our room.

Disliked: The lady when checking in was nice, but the other lady was not good, refusing to print the receipt for us and cheated us that the receipt would be sent to my email by the third party, that was Booking. com. Unfortunately although the customer service promised us to send the receipt to my email, I have not got it yet. Amazing and unbelievable!!!

Disliked: The lady at the desk was rude and hateful. When we got there she was outside smoking and made us wait 15 min. Pool wasn't working. They did not have breakfast. The mattress was stained and nasty on the pull out couches too. Fridge didn't work properly. Didn't have blankets or sheets for the pull out vouch bed. I definitely won't go back or recommend this place.
