Liked: The heater worked well. The gentleman working the front desk was nice enough to come up to our room to fix the issue with the TV not properly working so he tried to provide some customer service and was helpful in resolving the issue
Disliked: False advertising. There was NO breakfast as advertised. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room. We spotted a roach inside the restroom. Whenever I went to the front desk to ask for extra cups, or to inquire where to go for breakfast, there was no one in the office.

Good stay and I would...

Liked: Management was great and friendly. I didn’t have any problems but they went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I don’t know the area well so couldn’t really tell you if it was a bad area or not, but I felt safe.
Disliked: Bed was little hard and pillow to firm. But not saying it wasn’t comfortable just not my preference.

Terrible

Disliked: The toilet would not flush and when we told the staff he brought us a plunger and just said here lol and left, the sink was clogged the room was dirty and the tub had a ring around it , when we went to leave in the morning there was no one there to give the key to so we just left it in the room, I do not recommend this place at all
