Enjoyed our stay and would stay again, but would request that our room is not downstairs in the basement

Liked: Friendly staff; good breakfast; nice, clean room.
Disliked: Someone, possibly a hotel guest, opened a fire exit door at 6a.m. which set an alarm off right outside our room. Our room was in the basement so we didn't have a good view and the room was overlooked from the street above.

Liked: The location was good right by the I360 and away from the busy area so less noise. The room was spacious and warm.
Disliked: The floors are a bit uneven and creaky and windows are single pain so could hear outside noise really early in the morning and you could hear other residents doors. Tv signal poor and WiFi poor, asked for password to the kings hotel WiFi as the guest one was bad

Disliked: A little more road noise than expected.Breakfast was a fixed menu, no changes, limited cereals.
