Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable

Liked: Did not take breakfast but location is perfect opposite King Cross station
Disliked: A bit slow checking in

I would not stay there...

Liked: Great location for Kings Cross and Euston.
Disliked: There is a lift in the property, so I assumed I would be OK with my mobility scooter. However, there are steps up to the reception area. There is a step free access point, but you have to go into reception, to request access to it. The lift itself does not go to every floor, so if your room is not near the lift, that is a problem. This is a very old property, and there are many sets of small stairs up and down all over the place. It made it very difficult for me as someone who is challenged with mobility issues.

A bit disappointed

Liked: The location is good,can drop your bags on the day of check in and check out
Disliked: It’s my second time staying here ,but this time I was given a very bad room ,it’s like under the basement,so there is a lot of noise when people walk and the hot water is not hot enough,I am forced to take a cold shower in the winter

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Liked: It served my purpose, cheap and cheerful for an overnight stay, convenient location. Member of Staff on reception was very pleasant & helpful.
Disliked: No complaints
