Liked: Excellent location within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Target was across the street, which was really handy.
Disliked: The only hot item that you could choose for breakfast was oatmeal. Wish they would have included more hot choices like eggs or pancakes. But the pastries and fruit were good.

Comfortable accommodations, great location, mostly...

Liked: Breakfast service was excellent. Breakfast choices were limited. Just one special item per day would make breakfast more appealing. The location couldn't be better for access to the historical sites and shopping district.
Disliked: Certain staff at the reception desk were indifferent to questions about the area. We realize that the hotel doesn't have concierge service, but when a staff member is sitting undistracted at the reception desk, guests should not feel as though they are intruding for asking a question related to their visit.

Great location but otherwise overpriced....

Disliked: Needs refurbishing and improved cleanliness. Also - breakfast very mediocre and breakfast area too small. Our room needed a good airing out to refresh the smell and could use some overall general freshening up i.e decorative pillows on bed. The room was also poorly cleaned by housekeeping. Dirty glasses left in room and bathroom sink not wiped.
