Liked: Location
Disliked: Scruffy room with bed only, dingy ceiling light and shared bathroom for £72 was a rip off. Window blinds permanently drawn as external light shines directly into window. Stay somewhere else where they give a toss.

Expensive for shared bathroom.

Liked: Location is good. Right in the centre of town.
Disliked: Very noisy bar directly under the room. For £68 for one night the price is steep for a shared bathroom. The Premier Inn is not as convenient location wise, but a room there with en suite bathroom is cheaper. To be honest next time I will stay there. I want to support local businesses, but you have to keep the price competitive.

Lovely friendly pub. Great staff....

Liked: Perfect location in the middle of town.
Disliked: I would have preferred an en-suite bathroom.

Exceptional

Disappointing.

Disliked: Even for a budget stay (£60/night) the quality of the room was poor. The bed had no headrest. The blinds did not close. The lighting was dim. Even the coffee provided was bad, not suitable for use without a caffetiere. No staff were on site, getting in was a hassle (no instructions for entry, just a mobile number, in a place with no phone reception) and I waited 10mins outside in the freezing cold to be let in.

Lovely hotel friendly and helpful...

Liked: The location within the town centre was excellent.
Disliked: Floor boards creaked that was the only issue in the twin room.
