Good value

Liked: Good value. Had breakfast and dinner available. There was easy parking. Easy to find and get to. Staff was friendly, the sheets were soft and large fluffy towels.
Disliked: Definitely needs some upkeep, the windows condensate and the windows had mold around the edges. Very thin soundproofing and my bed whole when people walked down the hallway.

Glad I didn't have to...

Disliked: Room was freezing. The window rattled all night(was a windy night). Had a great deal of mold in the bathroom wall, window and curtain (I have pictures) and the bathroom floor was uneven close to an inch. When you flushed the toilet it ran forever or until I would go in and fix the float. Hole in wall. Unable too add pictures, permission denied in question 4

Only here for one night...

Liked: Wonderful breakfast, great selection of all foods you could ever want for breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit Tired, the shower guard above the bath didn’t keep the wet inside, meaning the bathroom floor ended up wet, as did everything on the shelf above the loo!! Grubby around the floor/ wall joints . Couldn’t initially find kettle but it was on a shelf by the bathroom!!

Liked: Fahad at reception was quite a delightful person. they allowed late check in. rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: parking is a hassle.

Very disappointing and certainly not...

Liked: Location excellent. Breakfast fine.
Disliked: Room shabby, no room clean during stay, apparently not company policy! Manager extremely rude and certainly needs to be sent on a customer relations course.

Disliked: Rooms were not serviced daily and there were no teaspoons to make coffee
