Liked: Very pretty, rooms along the coast have beautiful views
Disliked: Front desk folks always seem a little aloof

Room and facilities were great....

Disliked: Did not like the menu options in the dining room. Nothing appealed to me. I prefer simple food without a lot of pretension.

Liked: Beautiful location with excellent food on site. Location suitable for access to Courtenay.
Disliked: We were in a room near the 'smoking section' of the outdoor area. Cigarette smoke wafted into our room.

Liked: Serene ocean setting with beautiful west coast style accommodation. The view overlooking the gardens and ocean was breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was exceptional.
Disliked: I wish there was a beach or forest trail or boardwalk to go for a walk/jog from the resort
