Liked: Warm & friendly welcome arrived early so of course room not ready but within 30 mins rooms was ready so good as was there for an event. Room very nice
Disliked: The whole lift situation is a pain when you have to wait.. next time will request a room on the 1st floor..

Exceptional

Liked: Loved the room and the food was excellent. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Additional charges for a bottle of water from the room was eye watering.

One of the classiest hotels...

Liked: A great hotel that has real wood, classic fittings and fixtures, beautiful tiles and no melamine in sight. The restaurant is on par with the top few hotels in Manchester and the staff were fantastic.
Disliked: The stay was only one night and for business so I did not have the chance to sample the gym or the spa. Next time I'll do so - on a leisure trip.

Warm, cosy , slept like...

Liked: Warm clean cosy rooms , fantastic service , the pool was so warm, I had a warm glow all night walking around Manchester’s city streets in the evening, loved that the rooms were so quiet amongst a high functioning property, can’t wait to visit again soon, the shower was amazing !!
