Disliked: Only thing is refrigerator and microwave old. Like difficult to use, other than that great value.

Liked: Room was clean, good bathroom and toilet.
Disliked: They need better pillows, the towels were paper thin, very old. Hotel barely provided soap.

Liked: This Motel was very fabulous and it met every inch of my motel accessibilities and expectations I love this place and I will always visit every time I'm in town thank you shout out to King Motel

I would HIGHLY recommend NOT staying at this motel. Besides the price, there was absolutely nothing good about it. The room was super small, there were band-aids covered in blood on the floor, and it smelled terrible. Also, the room was located in a really sketchy part of town. Immediately upon arriving at the motel, we witnessed what appeared to be a drug deal in the parking lot. My friend and I (two girls) were supposed to stay there alone but, after seeing this, we called two of our guy friends to sit in the room with us while we got ready. Even though we were in the room for only about 4 hours (sleeping for 3 of them and showering for 1), the motel manager called us the next morning to yell at us for lying to them about the number of people staying in the room, making too much noise (not possible since we were not even in the room), and not having "integrity". All in all, I have never had a worse motel experience.

Liked: The only thing I liked about this room was that it was cheap and available at the last minute the weekend of Ultra.
Disliked: The room was super small, smelled bad, there were band-aids covered in blood on the floor, and it was located in a really bad part of town.

Disliked: My van was broken into and the parking was very limited.

Good quality for the price. Room was simple, but acceptable. If you are just looking for a cheap place to lay your head, this will work out fine. The only issues we had were the following. Sheets were kind of shabby, clean smelling but with a couple of tears. Curtains were really old and you could see light though tears. Also we were in room 18 and at 5am could hear the headboard in the next room repeatedly banging against the wall. the walls were VERY thin! Also FL was uncharacteristically cold, and there was no heat.

Liked: room was good price and acceptable, clean, ok neighborhood
Disliked: No heat, needs new curtains and sheets
