Liked: Very clean and cosy

Liked: Breakfast was ok

Pleasant stay but too cramped...

Liked: The room fixtures were modern (TV, shower and power sockets). Ample car parking outside. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Room was too cramped. TV and Wi-Fi signal would stop at times. Tea and coffee facility was crammed into space between wall and wardrobe. En suite toilet door opened beside bedside. Toilet was too close to side wall resulting in odd seated position. Missing grout in toilet tiles to adjoining room was disconcerning. Foot path and smoking area outside window so no privacy without window shut and curtains drawn. Hallway appeared to be working area for staff through day. Door to restaurant and hotel doorway open during day allowing smell of cooking, noise from diners and staff to be heard transitting. No offer of room cleaning or facility for coffee/ tea replenishment despite staying multiple nights. In evening reception moves to restaurant bar and interconnecting door is locked, this inhibits customers getting to reception at night.

Adequate clean and a room

Liked: The web site said full English breakfast available however it did not say you had to book it in advance, It also state hotel has a Resturant it don’t mention it’s an Indian Resturant and we didn’t want Indian.People were helpful and friendly, rooms very new, clean and more than adequate.
Disliked: Position of facility I wouldn’t say it’s a hotel more like rooms, when we got up to have a breakfast there is NOONE anywhere to be seen the Resturant is locked,just leave your key and go.

Ok, but make sure there...

Liked: Comfortable room and food at the restaurant attached was very good.
Disliked: Was not informed until I arrived, that there was a tribute act in the restaurant that night, which kept me awake until it finished past midnight.

Fab stay and would not...

Liked: The property was fresh, clean and modern
Disliked: Was a little chilly in our rooms on arrival but was soon rectified by the manager

Good and clean. Warm room....

Liked: Location out of Tenterten 5 minute drive and taxis easily available for evening. Was a little worried at arriving at hotel but turned out to be warm very clean and just what was needed for 1 night stay.

Very pleasant.

Liked: We chose it as it was closest to our destination but would book again. It was quiet and welcoming
Disliked: The ceilings were sloped and I banged my head a couple of times and I am only 5foot 4
