Central location not worth the...

Liked: Loved the central location, close to lots of great restaurants and shops! Also appreciated the off-site underground parking!
Disliked: The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The rooms do not have soundproofing, so waking up due to noise in the hallway, neighboring rooms, or from the streets was quite annoying. Front reception was non-existent, or they hid under the desk. The elevator was not operational. Hence, we had to carry luggage up the stairs. The room was extremely small, the TV didn't work, and since the front reception was non-existent, we didn't get assistance. Overall, we were not thrilled with the stay and will not stay at this property again. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and that alone is why we wouldn't stay at this property again.

Liked: No breakfast was given.
Disliked: No water to drink and I was told to drink from washroom ,no spoon,lift is not working..it was really difficult to go up with kids and 6 backpacksNobody is there at the reception to assist you we need to ring the bell and call the receptionist .

Basic hotel great location

Liked: Expensive for a basic hotel but not for Banff. Location excellent
Disliked: Lift out of action for 2 months maintenance not acceptable

Liked: Location. Underground parking
Disliked: Dirty, out dated, loud, very hot-thermostat broken, could hear all neighbours, no elevator, no shampoo/conditioner, small room, window screen broken. The maple leaf restaurant was on the same floor and had the door open so you could almost walk into the maple leaf and hear all their noise.
