Promised a lot but fell...

Liked: Location awesome, quiet in our apartment, great bed, clean with high quality toiletries & teas. Great ambience in foyer and hallways. The Apartment was a great size with balcony. Parking on street was available at no cost but it was the holiday period. Great housekeeping and front desk service.
Disliked: My daughters' studio room was literally above a dining courtyard that was noisy till late hours fortunately only Christmas eve was a problem. The Steam Punk meets Victorian Luxe theme of the Hotel did not translate in our apartment which was all plywood cabinetry (cheap). There was a disconnect when it came to technology ie: SKY only, with no ability to connect to streaming services due to old tv panels and laundry facility had one old F&P top loader machine & one dryer non commercial which broke down the last night of our stay. Totally unacceptable at this price point and for 2024! Went to plug in my device chargers by bedside and only had two sockets both used by lamp & clock not really acceptable for our digital needs. My advice, as a well travelled person, is invest and do not go cheap if you want people to return or recommend.
