Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel is very dated. Very few electrical outlets to plug in devices, none in the bathroom. You had to unplug fridge or microwave if you wanted to plug in coffee maker.Toilet was loose on the floor. Heating system was difficult to set to a consistent temperature. Outside access from other than the front entrance did not have a key access.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Had to ask for a plug to the bathtub. They brought a broken one to us, so we had to use a facecloth.There was a burning smell in our room off and on throughout the night.They had a luggage trolly, but it was awkward trying to get it in the building and out of the building as there was no handicap button to push.The blackout curtains had spots that were missing, so daylight came through them.Only 2 outlets in the room. Glad we brought an extension cord with us so we could plug in our cpap and bipap machines.The room really needs some upgrades.Don't know how it could have a 4 star rating.
