Didn’t get my requests on...

Disliked: Didn’t get my requests on time, was told it was too late and basically I was to move on. Later found a bottle of champagne with an anniversary note but it was my wife’s bday instead and the surprise wasn’t met to my expectations.

Horrible!!!!

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Hotel staff was incompetent. Double booked our room so we had to downgrade. Still charged us for the original room price and had to wait 3 weeks before we got a refund for the difference. Will never go here again!

Disliked: Drag racing outside on the bar very noisy at night. I asked for my room to be cleaned with new towels twice and I was not.
