Great experience overall

Liked: Very clean and great view of city,
Disliked: price of valet parking was a little high we thought.

Liked: Never eat there location is great
Disliked: Little be to Spence buy is worth but everything else is good

Liked: I stayed here for my birthday weekend, I had a special request of chocolate covered strawberries & sparkling wine & they delivered just that! Strawberries were delicious & I loved the note they left. I love how clean it was, the staff were super nice. Love the area & that it is near everything. I’d say my favorite would probably be the bath tub & the shower, it was so relaxing and pretty
Disliked: I did not like how the valet out front watched us walk back in forth to our cars grabbing luggage from the parking garage without telling us that there were elevators outside that could have led us inside the building

Exceptional

Liked: I love this hotel. We got the king corner room with the spa bathroom and that room is amazing. It was a spacious room and the bathroom was amazing. The staff at the front desk was amazing and helpful. They have a social hour as well that was really nice! Check out was at 12pm which is perfect. We will be back

Liked: Second Visit and I will always stay there when visiting Charlotte. Great service and staff.
Disliked: The location and cleanliness. Easy to get to restaurants and events.

Liked: staff were very friendly and tried to be accommodating.
Disliked: front desk was always a sham from the moment of check-in through to arranging deliveries to the room going to the wrong room etc. Couldn't get reservations at restaurant/bar. mini-bar stock run out for 3 days.
