Lovely hotel when visiting UVA...

Liked: Stayed here while visiting UVA Law school. Location was perfect- just a one minute walk next door. The hotel itself was beautiful. Room was very comfortable. Lovely view of the grounds. Coffee available in the morning in the lobby or you can request a nespresso machine for your room. Will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful property, convenient to...

Liked: Food was excellent, except for the toast at breakfast which was too hard to cut in the salmon and avocado toast dishes. Everything else was delicious and perfectly cooked. The room and all facilities were beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome.
Disliked: We were told at check-in that because our breakfast was included, we should just charge it to our room and it would be removed at checkout. At checkout breakfasts were on our bill and we pointed that out. We were told the charges would be removed on our final bill. They were not removed. I emailed the staff when I received the statement the next day. It has been a week and I have not received any communication and our bill has not been corrected.
