Loved staying at the Kimpton...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing - wonderful menu choices
Disliked: Nothing - It was perfect

Good value. Would recommend.

Liked: Mini bar was nice touch. Bathroom/shower was 5*.
Disliked: No coffee machine in room. And coffee in lobby was not hot so not worth drinking.

Overpriced

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel was overpriced. When we arrived room wasn't ready so they "upgraded" us to a larger room. We booked for a room with a terrace and was upgraded to a room without one. The room was the size of a standard hotel room. For the amount of money we spent we were expecting a more luxurious hotel. The shower drain was clogged and almost flooded the bathroom. The food was expensive, but was it was decent quality.

Disliked: Sat at the bar for a drink before dinner for 15 minutes and were only served one drink in that time. The bar staff did not check back once after the initial drink service. We ate in the sports bar and the service was like the bar. I own several restaurants and wait staff have their assigned stations; this place seemed to work on the "I'll get to you when I have time". We waited over 10 minutes to have our order taken and was only checked on once throughout the meal. I was charged $172.00 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and a soda, so the staff was not paying any attention to what they were doing or charging.

Liked: It is not our first time staying here. Everything is wonderful. Only one complaine, as we were check-in , the the person was slightly rude and didn't even checked if we have free breakfast so if i didn't point this out we would have to pay for it twice , but it's only one and only occasion.Everything else and everybody else were very accommodating and sweet .
Disliked: On Saturday morning, breakfast ( it is a restaurant) opens up at 7 30. It is slightly late if you have to have an early start to your day.
