Liked: This hotel charged me 370 for 2 nights, then charged 420 the 1st morning I woke up , claiming it was a mistake but that they couldn’t refund the money!! On top of that I paid 200 for incidentals and they still charged my card for valet

Liked: Location is really convenient; the valet staff was super quick and attentive
Disliked: It seems that the best days are behind it; broken edges on the furniture, paint peeling off the walls; quite noisy from the street; staff did not seem to really care about guests and seemed rather disinterested; room service was the worst I ever had and also most expensive in terms of surcharges

The parking attendants are superb!

Liked: Large rooms.....enormous hotel building......the hotel entrance tends to get traffic jammed. The hotel clubs are a beehive of activities, particularly on weekend...with extreme noise pollution......dirty elevators(floor, button panels, etc.)

Liked: ❗The staff is super! The beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The lemon-lime water cooler in the lobby is deliciously refreshing. Why are the elevators are so filthy❓❓❓ Every day of our stay... Always disgustingly dirty❓❓❓

Liked: This is good place to stay if you travel without children. We picked this hotel for location and we wanted breakfast to be included. Location is great, but I must warn people who travel without children kids. We have two girls 8 and 10 yo. TV I our room didn’t work, seems like screen was damaged. WiFi was absolutely not friendly, it requires you to fill out some kind of questionnaire including your home address. And last but not least we booked a room for 4 people and breakfast was covered only for 2, the rest is out of your pocket. When I mentioned it to a receptionist she said it’s because we booked it through the third party (booking.com) and it’s not their responsibility what booking posts on their website. We left very disappointed.
