Liked: Front desk girls are amazing! super friendy and helps alot.

Liked: Good location, beach access, friendly staff, beautiful rooftop bar with pool
Disliked: The rooms are small and the shutters do not shut completely so it’s never really completely dark in the room.

Ok, but nothing special

Liked: The room was decently sized and the location is good.
Disliked: The staff is a bit helpless and not really forthcoming, No watercooker in the room and complimentary coffee and tea only available between 7am and 10am. Asking for coffee beyond that (at 10:15) led to somewhat unfriendly responses (they got it, but with a big sigh). During the day there is not a lot to do. The barman can be quite rude. The constant selling of the restaurant (which is ok, but largely overpriced) gets annoying quite quickly.

Disliked: I had a first floor room and it was cooler at night when I was there. The A/C had a hard time keeping up so it may be an issue in hot weather. Perhaps it was just my room.

Liked: The staff at the Kimpton were great! Our room was located in a quiet corner which we appreciated very much. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the restaurant on the rooftop, too. The valet was THE BEST staff member at the hotel!
Disliked: We would have appreciated a small map of the layout of the hotel instead of having to ask staff members where certain things were located.
