Would definitely stay again; great location in Cleveland; walking distance to many bars and restaurants and shops.

Very poor
Liked: No windows- the room was like a prison cell. Woke up itchy from head to toe. No breakfast. Will not stay at Kimpton again- we will stick to Marriott convoy

Subpar
Liked: Location, trendy, good restaurant, fireplace area
Disliked: Valet process was horrendous. The attendants were nice but extremely understaffed. Took at least 30 minutes to have an attendant give me a ticket to park my car. The hotel lacks attention to small details which sets apart good hotel from luxury hotel. Example= no way to wipe down equipment in gym, hand sanitizer pumps not filled, clock broken in room, outlets outdated so no longer hold a heavy plug, room fridge froze all of our food, one ply toilet paper (though o realize this could be due to plumbing issues in an old building) and old dresser that was difficult to open. The WORST Part…the cleaning staff left my door propped open after they finished the room with all of my things inside. No clue how long it was like that. The front desk simply offered an apology and said it’s been an on-going problem! This is completely unacceptable.
