Would definitely stay again; great location in Cleveland; walking distance to many bars and restaurants and shops.

Liked: Cute rooms; staff takes great care of the guests.
Disliked: Mini fridge in our room stopped working - some food went bad.

Liked: The hotel was clean. The food at the Betts was excellent. Convenient access to Rocket Morgage Fieldhouse.
Disliked: There was a $100 charge that I was unaware of. Staff was not very personable. Kind of expensive.

Disliked: We were at second floor and I had much problems falling asleep because of the noises coming from the street.

Liked: The hotel is very nice and clean and in a great , fun area. There were many attractions that were in walking distance. The restaurant staff was wonderful and the vegan options available were great! The wine happy hour was a nice touch!
Disliked: The front desk staff was friendly, but it was a little challenging to get their attention at times and the follow through on requests (like for extra towels) didn't come through.
