Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: My room was upgraded due to overbooking. It was far from the elevator (all the way at the end). I had to wait for my room to be ready even though it was evening when I checked in.

Excellent service and location

Liked: The hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The sparkling rose upon check in as well as the free happy hour in the lobby made the higher cost (than other hotels in the same area) worth it! The front desk was incredibly kind and helpful as well!

Hotel fine - just don't...

Liked: Hotel itself fine; free bicycles a nice touch.
Disliked: Realized I left an e-reader in room a few hours after checkout and volunteered to come back to collect. Despite repeated calls that day and the next day, no one could say whether or not it had been found. Three days after leaving, was informed rather impersonally it had been found and that it could be returned to me if I paid a further $128. It's now a further seven days since I did so, and the item is apparently still "being packaged for shipment", with further emails not being responded to. Julie on front desk really helpful; housekeeping and general bureaucracy really poor. The experience ruined the entire stay.
