Liked: The facility was very nice and proximity to Golden 1 and restaurants was amazing.
Disliked: When we arrived to check in there was a very long line. When we got to the front we were informed our room was not ready and this was at 6pm! We traveled to go the basketball game and to change our clothes our only option was the lobby bathroom. I was having a conversation with one of the valet staff and he said they are always very busy when they have basketball games. It seems that the hotel was understaffed and unprepared, and the customers paid the price for it.

Liked: I liked the room and the location. My check in time was 4 but my room wasn't ready til almost 6.
Disliked: I didn't like waiting, we were nearly late to the game
