Good view; arrived about 2 hours early and was allowed to check in which was nice; good walking location to see all of Portland.

Liked: Nice hotel; good location to attend concert at Keller Auditorium.

Liked: In town for a funeral. Slept, showered, left.
Disliked: Gal said she was upgrading our room. We wound up on the side by the road instead of the river view we booked and trucks started delivering at 6 am

Liked: Pleasant location on waterfront. Clever interior design within the room, and enjoyed having a separate living area. Our son's room was very spacious with a fireplace.
Disliked: The common parts were slightly gloomy. Though the area feels safe, there's not a lot going on in the immediate area, so needed to walk quite and use public transport and taxis to explore Portland.

Great location and wonderful facilities....

Liked: Location, rooms w/ great view of the Willamette River and Marina, comfortable beds.
Disliked: There was a build up of cob webs on the windows (could use a little cleaning). Parking was very expensive.

There are better options.

Liked: Good size room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. HVAC system was quiet and worked well.
Disliked: Expensive for the space - I have stayed at Kimpton hotels before and like their attention to detail - this felt lacking the typical specialness of kimpton. The restaurant was lacking - free breakfast was included in our stay, but the staff completely ignored us. Other people were complaining about the time to get their food - so we left and thankfully, the front desk offered us a credit in place of our breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.
