The hotel is great, parking...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. I love the idea that you need a key card to activate the elevator and the lights in the rooms. Modern aesthetics. Overall a beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Having the only parking available being valet and at $50 is not ideal. The surrounding parking lots do not offer 24 hour parking. A Monopoly on that does not seem fair to someone already spending $400 on a single night in a hotel room. As far as charging for in room mini bar , six dollars for a bag of M&Ms is kind of extreme don't you think? The water beside your bed is $10. No coffee maker.

Liked: Everything. We keep coming back to this hotel everytime we are in Dallas. Love the staff, the location. Everything. The front desk always goes above and beyond. Thank you

Liked: Location was decent
Disliked: Dirty- bathroom was not clean literal dirt, mildew build up on tile and other questionable dirt, other people’s hair was everywhere, towels were stained with others people’s makeup.Old- room was worn down Over priced, didn’t even have free water in the room. Bottled water was $10 and conveniently put on the nightstand next to the bed. Didn’t notice the price until after opening.I’ve traveled the world and have never had to pay for water in any other hotel or been somewhere as dirty.

Excellent location for restful sleep...

Disliked: No storage spice in the fridge
