Liked: Walking distances from Pike Market. I enjoyed breakfast
Disliked: The room wasn't worth the money. It was outdated. No microwave or refrigerator. No view and someone kept opening my window after I closed it. Room was paid in full but mgmt kept charging my card. It had to be corrected three times.

Disappointing

Liked: Honestly, I had a poor experience. I paid upfront and was under the impression that all fees and costs were included when I paid. This was further supported when I checked out and was told “perfect, looks like you will just be charged for parking” yet when I got my bill emailed to me, I was charged parking and an amenity fee. I called to ask what the amenity fee was and the employee just sounded annoyed that I was asking. I was also disappointed with the room for a 4 star hotel. I thought I was splurging to stay somewhere nice and the room was very simple (had 2 beds, a bedside table and a closet), the toilet ran all night and the shower ran cold the whole time we tried to shower. It wasn’t a big deal and I am not usually one to complain but the sum of all of these parts led to a disappointing stay.
