Liked: Reception let me check in early. That was very helpful and really appreciated. The shuttle to the airport was great too. All the staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: I did ask if there was a shuttle to the hotel but didn't get a reply. So as it was early morning I took a cab. Just a short distance and it cost $35. Also because of some temporary licencing issues, the bar and restaurant couldn't serve alcohol. It was odd. The food frankly was only fair. Disappointed compared to my last visit. The duvets on the beds might need replacing because of age...

Disliked: Self paid parking only. Much needed preventative maintenance. The stains on the curtain. The broken curtain retractor. No countertop just a bathroom sink is diabolical. The TV was super small and crooked.

Liked: Great customer service real helpful staff bed comfortable view really nice from the track view to the outside rooftop and I even enjoyed the indoor pool. Definitely have to experience this hotel in the summertime.
Disliked: I guess I stayed around the time the hotel was having a christmas party the line to check in was out the door.
