Great stay, great location and...

Liked: Classic style and big room, great location at Pitt Street. The staff was superb and friendly.
Disliked: Just the price bit steep but it’s peak period. There is mixed up of number of pax in room. I booked for 3 pax with one roll out bed, but hotel record is 2 adults, hence the setup in room was for 2 pax. It sorted out in the end

Liked: Gorgeous building and lovely rooms. Great location, right near Metro stop, and walking distance to QVB and Pitt St for shopping. Rooftop pool was awesome.

Nice stay

Liked: Good location for exploring the city, rooftop pool and bar. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff and a lovely new years gift.
Disliked: The room we booked stated ‘double’ but we got two single beds. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner service for the holidays even the hotel was extremely busy which didn’t seem to make sense.

Liked: Gorgeous deco and atmosphere. Great design. Pool was very cold and in the shade. Might be better in the summer months. Complimentary drinks in the foyer a nice touch. Staff were lovely. The vibe is special.
Disliked: Nothing to not like.

Liked: Perfect location to explore the city. The art deco style reminded me of a New York City hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Liked: The decor is beautiful! Location to theatre's was great.
Disliked: At check-in, the clerk said we had breakfast included, but when we went to breakfast, the server said we did not, and he ended up having to sort that out for us. It ended up costing us an extra $100 for this, which is an expense that could have been avoided.
