This time around was ehhh - I stay at your hotels and usually it's a good experience but me and my husband were disappointed this time around and we are easy going people but we definitely didn’t get what we paid for.

Liked: Some of the staff we encountered were nice.
Disliked: Check in, room, and checking out. Took way too long with what we paid for the room.

If location is everything, this is it. Perfect walking distance to the Saban Theater where we go for shows on a regular basis. They have a great little bar/restaurant sitting right on top and outdoors by the pool. They have great food and it is available for in-room service as well. We stayed in a suite one other time and that was fantastic. The room we had this time was very nice, just wish the bed was a bit more comfy. They also have a wine reception.

Liked: This is a well apportioned and updated hotel.
Disliked: Bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

Liked: The staff was very polite.
Disliked: No electric kettle. They took a deposit from me but they haven't refunded it yet. I won't claim it because I sympathize with the people of Los Angeles when the fire happened to them.
