Liked: The hotel was so beautiful and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Loved the valet parking, location, and vibe!

Liked: Location and amazing staff! Amenities and lobby were fabulous. Loved the complementary drinks in lobby from 5-6
Disliked: Difficult to valet. Disappointing to have to request room service the day before.

Terrible stay

Disliked: So this is my second review. I tried being objective and give benefit of the doubt, but I just looked at my invoice and saw that the items we were promised as comp for all the trouble with our room were not comped at all. Honestly this was the final straw after all the disappointment of the property! One thing I forgot to mention in the first review is the lack of privacy. All the floors squeak badly so you hear people walking around all night and the floors are so under insulated you can easily hear conversations from above and below!
