Liked: Great location. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: What we didn’t like was checking in and being told the hotel was overbooked and they didn’t have any king balcony rooms as we reserved. We were given a room with two double beds, not what we reserved. We were then told it was Booking.com’s fault for over booking and we should always book directly with the hotel. They did find a king room for us the following day, however, we were out exploring the city and were told if we can’t switch rooms by check in time at 4:00 pm they can’t move us.

Liked: The location. And the bikes that were available for use.
Disliked: I didn’t like the $600.00 expense fee. I didn’t like the room did not have a microwave, had to call house cleaning for them to bring one. It was so small. Didn’t like the size of the room. So small. The sink in the bathroom was extremely small. The snacks and drink in the room was ridiculous! Charging $9.00 for a liter of water was crazy! The shuttle only being available until 6pm when the sun goes down at 7:30-8pm is a waste as well. Not to mention I had to call and ask about everything. Breakfast, fitness, the pool, the shuttle. NO told us anything. I was constantly asking questions. And for $1701.00 plus a $600.00 expense fee, I should have been told EVERYTHING!!! Not worth it! Don’t believe the hype!
