The room was very dirty, sheets were stained and absolutely disgusting. The food was outrageously expensive and dreadful. No free parking; rude manager. I was supposed to be upgraded and it ended up being similar to a Howard Johnson's hotel - not worth the money.

Liked: Great location and valet parking
Disliked: I asked 5x for a coffee maker before it was sent to my room. Cleaning staff left dirty glasses in the room and didn’t replace with new ones. Part of the facility fee was getting 2 bottles of water in the room every day but that wasn’t done unless I called. The elevators took so long that on 2 occasions I just took the stairs. There seemed to always be one of four not working and the lobby got too crowded

Liked: The staff was very nice, the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very dusty, there was hair on the bathroom ceiling, elevators are very small and slow.

Disliked: The everyday cleaning was fine, but the room was a little grubby with things that probably aren't addressed regularly.
