The room was very dirty, sheets were stained and absolutely disgusting. The food was outrageously expensive and dreadful. No free parking; rude manager. I was supposed to be upgraded and it ended up being similar to a Howard Johnson's hotel - not worth the money.

Liked: Fireplace at the freezing day was exceptional.And Happy hour with warming red wine was exclusive.Not to mention a nice company sharing the Happy hour at the fireplace...

Just what I needed

Liked: Spacious room, classy and comfortable, good shower. Outside noise disturbed my sleep, but hotel can’t really control this. Restaurant was good, but it’s busy so make a reservation, even for breakfast.

Disliked: City living sometimes can be challenging. And in this case, the valet parking was a bit challenging. With no true access of moving your car off the street and thus getting in and out with traffic all around, this “task” was difficult. The staff was courteous, helpful and polite. The accommodations were fine. The location was perfect. The extra charges & hidden fees were a bit ridiculous. Too many extra charges. This should have been more upfront.
