The room was very dirty, sheets were stained and absolutely disgusting. The food was outrageously expensive and dreadful. No free parking; rude manager. I was supposed to be upgraded and it ended up being similar to a Howard Johnson's hotel - not worth the money.

Liked: Friendly person in the restaurant for breakfast.
Disliked: No notification at check-in that I would need to reserve a table for breakfast.It was very cold at breakfast.My bath plug did not work, requiring me to wait for an engineer to fix this.

Liked: The service was amazing. We were asked via text how things are and when asked for assistance, it was immediate and the hotel was full!
Disliked: Location location location. The gym was well kept too

Disliked: My spa tub wasn’t hold the water . After calling maintenance he came and quickly fixed the problem.
